The Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) course guides participants through the complete operational transfer pricing journey, encompassing crucial components of a comprehensive end-to-end process of transfer pricing. It places particular emphasis on segmented profit and loss accounts, tangible goods, and service charges. This course equips attendees with practical tools and methodologies that are readily applicable across diverse industry sectors.

After following this operational transfer pricing course, you will be able to:

The course is accessible to a broad audience, but would of special interest to focus groups, including:

  • Legal/accounting firm tax attorneys.
  • Tax and Transfer Pricing (TP) managers in law and accounting firms.
  • Tax and TP managers/directors in multinational enterprises (MNEs).
  • Finance managers, controllers, and treasury managers within MNEs.
  • Tax inspectors employed by tax authorities, as well as other professionals and clients seeking a comprehensive understanding of company business models.

No advance preparation is necessary. Any person can join this course including those having knowledge on transfer pricing fundamentals, working on transfer pricing policies, foreign tax credit, transfer pricing policies, calculation, documentation, etc. All required study material is provided within the training.

All mandatory course activities can be completed within the access period (2 months) by dedicating approx. 1 hour of study per week. 

International Online Tax Courses in many cases qualify for CPE credits, subject to the rules of respective business tax professional associations. Participants are encouraged to check with their professional and/or national associations to determine eligibility in this respect.
