WHAT'S GOING ON IN...: BALTIC STATES: ESTONIA, LATVIA AND LITHUANIA AGREE ON SIMULTANEOUS TAX AUDITS

This note describes a recent Working Agreement on simultaneous tax audits the main purpose of which is to increase the efficiency of the exchange of information and to deal more effectively with cases of tax avoidance and tax evasion.
