Underlying Foreign Corporate Tax Credits in the Greek Tax Treaty Network

In this note, the author discusses the granting of an underlying foreign corporate tax credit under Greece’s tax treaty network in light of Circular E.2018/2019, recently issued by the Greek tax authorities.
