UK Consultation on Transfer Pricing Documentation

The OECD Local File and Master File format is about to become compulsory in the United Kingdom for approximately 3,500 businesses that are members of the largest groups. Such businesses will also be required to complete a “summary audit trail” questionnaire, though this will come into effect later, to allow for further consultation on this.
