Transfer Pricing Regulations 2018 and Guidelines for Country-by-Country Reporting in Nigeria

Recently, the Federal Inland Revenue Service of Nigeria has issued two sets of regulations that provide for country-by-country reporting as part of transfer pricing. CbC reporting will permit the exchange of information with other countries that have signed an agreement for exchange of information and, thus, will aid the Nigerian tax administration to assess taxpayers’ liability to BEPS and exposure to transfer pricing risk.
