Tax expenditure programs for promoting venture capital investment in Australia

This article examines the legal framework of three tax expenditure programs designed to promote the local venture capital market in Australia: the "pooled development fund" program, the "foreign superannuation fund venture capital concessions" and the "foreign investor venture capital concessions".
