Private Investment Fund Formation: An Introduction to Organizational Forms

There are three forms that private investment funds commonly take under current Chinese law, namely limited partnership, limited liability company and trust, each having distinctive characteristics that will have long-lasting effect on the operation of funds. This article considers advantages and disadvantages of these forms.
