Pricing of AI-Generated Content

This article examines the transfer pricing implications for multinational enterprises in relation to AI-generated content. It provides an overview of the origins of value creation and highlights specific areas where additional value can be recognized. In addition, the article provides transfer pricing analysis of two case studies regarding pricing of value creation as a result of AI-generated content and the challenges that may arise in practice.
