Overview of law on transfer pricing

Brazilian law on transfer pricing was supposed to follow the OECD Guidelines, but in fact has adopted a different structure where a fair price may be considered in excess to values which are the legal limits for such purpose. Strict methods are introduced by law and the jurisprudence has been in accordance with such a structure.
