In a bid to catch up with the global trend with regard to transfer pricing issues, Mexico has recently implemented new transfer pricing reporting obligations. Key elements include new instructions for integration completion and electronic filing of the audit report; guidance formats for the filing of the audit report;and a questionnaire on transfer pricing.
