New transfer pricing documentation regulation

The Danish tax authorities (SKAT) issued a statutory order on "the documentation of the determination of prices in controlled transactions" and a new guidance regarding transfer pricing documentation, describing in detail SKAT's interpretation of the requirements as to the content of transfer pricing documentation. This article discusses the new regulation.
