New Brazilian Transfer Pricing Regime Edited by Government

On 29 December 2022, Provisional Measure 1,152 introduced new transfer pricing rules in Brazil with force of law but subject to further approval from Congress. The proposal put forward by the government replaced the previous regime, which deviated from international standards, with rules now convergent to the OECD Guidelines.
