Direct taxation in the internet age : a fundamentalist approach

First looks at the current state of the work done on the direct taxation of electronic commerce in the global arena and concludes that any solutions to the problems that have been identified are still far off. Secondly summarizes those problems, and thirdly discusses a possible approach to finding consensus on how best to impose income taxes on international business activity going forward.
