Changes to transfer pricing legislation

Transfer pricing rules have made a comeback of sorts in Estonia; although the rules were introduced six years ago, in practice they were not applied. Revitalized legislation, in force from 1 January 2007, has again given reason to analyse whether this time the rules will have actual substance.
