Modernization of the Luxembourg Partnership: Luxembourg’s Completion of Its Arsenal of Investment Vehicles

The authors, in this note, report on a Bill that, inter alia, modernizes the Luxembourg partnership regime and introduces a new form of partnership in Luxembourg, i.e. a Lux LP without legal personality, which can be used by fund and private equity industries as a flexible and efficient alternative to offshore limited partnerships.
