Freedom of establishment and Oy AA

In this article, the author examines how the European Court of Justic (ECJ) interprets the freedom of establishment and, in particular, considers how the Court dealt with the possible justifications for a restriction on the freedom of establishment in relation to the recent ECJ Oy AA case.
